Jamaican me crazy

Sunday after our wedding and reception we headed off to Jamaica. We flew from Cody to Salt Lake to Atlanta, Georgia. We stayed the night in Atlanta, and then flew from there to Jamaica. We spent five days in Jamaica, and loved it. Jamaica is a very pretty island. We got to do a little bit of shopping, swimming in the ocean, getting a sunburn, going bamboo river rafting, drinking the amazing smoothies and eating the great food. The most amazing thing we got to do was spend time together , just the two of us.

Sealed For Eternity

Matthew and I were sealed for time and all eternity on August 16, 2008. It was the best day of our lives, and the best thing I have ever done in my life. I wouldn't change a thing. The temple is the one and only place to be married.“The most important single thing that any Latter-day Saint ever does in this world is to marry the right person, in the right place, by the right authority” ( Bruce R. McConkie).
We had so many family members and friends there supporting us. It was a beautiful day, amazing for pictures. The ceremony was at ten, then it was outside for pictures. We got so many good ones. Jan and Stan had a luncheon after the sealing.Tracy and Matt Bassett helped put the whole thing on. The food was amazing and I'm so thankful for everyone who helped with it. We did the whole deal all in one day. That night we had our reception in Burlington. We had a great turn out. So many people came, we never got a break to sit down and rest. It was so nice to see so many people who we love and care for.

I love Matthew with all my heart, and he is truly my very best friend. He is my one and only love,and he makes me so incredibly happy. I have been so blessed to find someone so perfect for me. Matthew is all I ever wanted and dreamed about. I'm so excited to start our life together as Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Asay.
