A Full Week of Family Pictures, Mustange Days, Boating, and lots of pictures....

This week we have been busy. I have been busy with school work. I only have a few more weeks left to go. They moved the cows up to Dry Head Thursday morning. I wasn't able to go, but Matthew enjoyed riding horses and spending time with family. Friday morning we had Asay family pictures. We all wore black which I think looked great. It was super warm even early in the morning, so the black shirts were not helping out on that part. I think that the pictures will turn out great. That afternoon we made frozen strawberry yogurt in Stan's ice cream maker. That evening Matthew and I went to town to listen to the Cowley Boys with some of our friends. Today it was the big Mustang Days Parade. We went to that, then to Michael & Emily's for a BBQ, then we headed out to boat at the lake with Christian & Jill. We had a blast boating. I rode the tube for a little bit, and I forgot how tired it makes you holding on for dear life. It was a great week with our friends and family. We only have just a little bit longer before we move to Washington. It is creeping up on us quick. On the 24th of July my Dad and Matthew are going to head up there with all our stuff. Then on the 9th or 10th of August we will head up there to stay. We are excited but still scared. It will be the first time for us as a couple to move where we don't have old friends or family. Also this today Matthew recieved his diploma from the Univeristy of Wyoming. Yay he did it!

Father's Day 2010

I know that this is a day late, but we would like to let our Fathers know that they are THE BEST! We are so thankful for all that you have taught us. All of you are our hero's and we look up to every one of you.This is one of my favorite pictures of my Dad and I at our wedding. I love him so much...

We had a party with all the Asay's then we headed to my parents for a big Bullinger family party. We all pitched in and got Stan ( Matthew's Dad) a ice cream maker. Oh he was excited and so were the rest of us. We made up some strawberry frozen yogurt last night, and it was soooooo yummy.After the Asay party we partied with the Bullingers. It was great to see all the Uncles, Aunts, Grandma, Grandpa, and lots of my cousins. Also I got to see my sister Sam who just got back from Europe. She was gone for 3 weeks, and I missed her so much. Yesterday was also a great day for Jared ( Matthew's brother). He was ordained an Elder. He got to have all his brothers except Christian, his Dad, and Grandpa Monk. Pryor Mountain 2010

Yesterday we got the cows trucked up to Pryor for the summer. It was a gloomy rainy day, so most of us spent the day in the car. Matthew, Daniel, Jacob, and Matthew's Uncle Dave chased the cows on horses down closer to the mountain close to water. Soon almost all of the cows will be gone from the farm once we get the rest up to Dry Head.

Update on Matthew and I:

We found couches. Yay! We found them at Haskells for a killer deal. We went to Billings looking for couches a few weeks ago, and found some we liked. The price was $550 for a sofa and love seat. So we went to Haskells and told them about this deal and they cut the same deal as long as we moved them. So I am super excited to get them moved to Washington in July in our new apartment.

Matthew is working for a vet in Powell two days a week. He is really enjoying it. He has learned a lot over the last few weeks. I really enjoy getting to have him ride with me twice a week to class.

I am finally getting in the routine of waking up at 5:45 every morning to get ready to go to class. I am getting the hang of doing homework again.It will be good to already be in the loop when my fall classes start.

Remembrance

Today my Mom, and Grandma Bullinger came over to Lovell to visit. My Great Grandma Adolf my Grandma Bullinger's Mom is in the Care Center in Lovell, so we all went to see her. She has had Leukemia for the last few years, and is getting weaker and weaker. It had been a long time since I had see her. I bet it had been at least a year and 1/2 since the last time. She can't see very well at all or hear, but she told us she has good legs. She told me to be grateful for my good legs. It was really neat to go and see her. She loves all the Primary songs, so she had us all sing Family's Can Be Together Forever with her. She could remember all the words to it. We sat around talking about all the good food that Grandma Adolf use to cook. A lot of her recipes have been passed down from generation to generation in our family. I really enjoyed spending time with her, and listening and learning from her. One thing that she told us to remember was to always be kind, and love your Family because we will all be together for eternity with our Heavenly Father. I always enjoy a good visit with my Grandma's and Grandpa's. I always learn so much from them. I took my camera with me to get a picture of us all but I totally forgot, so no pictures for this post. Hopefully the next visit I will remember.

Memorial Day 2010

For Memorial day we all went out to Kane boat dock to attempt cat fishing. We didn't catch anything because the current was to fast. So instead we had a yummy picnic of hot dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, watermelon, and chips. And we sat around and enjoyed each other company. We also worked on our skipping rock skills. I have to tell you all that I am getting a whole lot better at it. When then came home and had some of Jan's yummy cherry custard pie. Tuesday I went to Billings with my Mom, sisters Sam and Bethany, and my little brother Jake. We had to take Sam up to Billings because she was flying out early the next morning to Europe for three weeks. We ate at Fuddruckers for dinner. It was my first time eating there it is pretty delicious. Jake got a 1 pound burger, it was huge! I started school this week on Wednesday. Getting up at 6 am is already getting old.

Mark & Brandy's Wedding....

Yesterday my little sister Brandy and her Husband Mark were married in the Billings temple. We were all worried that it would rain during picture time, but it was pretty nice weather. Brandy looked very pretty and happy. I was able to be in the Brides room with her. It was fun to help her get ready. The sealing was very beautiful . They had president Flower perform their sealing. They had their Burlington reception last night as well. It turned out so good. Mark's sister made their cake, and it turned out so cute.  The decorations look really nice, the cake, mints, and punch were yummy. Also they had a super cute movie playing of pictures of them. We are very happy for Mark and Brandy and hope they have a happy marriage. Also hope they have fun on their cruise in Mexico. It was so great to see lots of people we hadn't seen for a long time at the wedding and reception.
