A week of excitement!

This week has been a busy one of course. I turned in a couple of big papers and I took my first Human life span exam. I did great! I got a high B, so I have a solid A in the class. I really am not a great tester so I was so happy to do well. Matthew also has taken a few exams , and has done awesome. Matthew has always been a great student. He works so hard and is very dedicated to his schooling. I am very proud of him, we can't wait for him to graduate in May, and then we hope its off to Vet school for 4 years. Tuesday we had Christian, Jill, and the boys stop by for the night on their way to Lovell. We love having our apartment as the half way mark. We always get visitors. Carson and Travis are so much to play with as usual. Travis is just a walking machine.Tuesday, Matthew was also able to go to a conference in Ft. Collins with one of his favorite teachers Dr. O'Toole. He had a great time hanging out with his teacher, they are best buddies now. Friday I took the day off work to go to Loveland with my friend Andrea. She was in need of a girls day, as was I. We had a great afternoon shopping. Saturday I did got some homework done while Matthew went to work for a few hours. He got home and said, " lets go look at some cars". We have been wanting to trade in our Intrepid for a while now, and we had looked in Lovell there was nothing, so we decided we would try Laramie. The Intrepid had so many miles on it, and a lot of maintenance things to fix, so we thought it was time to get a new car. We hadn't even planned to buy or sell anything but we did it. We traded our car in and bought ourselves a 08' Malibu. We love it. We get better gas mileage than in the Intrepid, and its my size of car. The Intrepid was such a big car for me. We are very proud of ourselves for selling our first car and buying a nice car in exchange. Sunday we had Christian , Jill and the boys back at our place. They were on their way back to McCook. We are excited that they will be back in a few weeks to party with us and for a football game.
I didn't get very many pictures for this post, but here is a cute one of Me (girlfriend) and Carson.
