Last night a person very dear to us lost his battle to Colon Cancer. My Grandpa Bullinger was a very special guy to us. We will miss him so much, but are happy he did not suffer long. Matthew and I have not seen him since we left Wyoming in August. When we left he had finished his first round of chemo treatment, and was feeling great. I am thankful that I never had to see him suffer and be in pain much through his battle. I am so thankful for him and the influence he has been in my life. I have always been very close to him, and he has always been there for me. Matthew has been close to him and my Grandma as well over the past few years he has known them. This is a hard loss for both of us. I am thankful for my wonderful family and for the closeness we have. I am also thankful for the plan of salvation our Heavenly Father has created for us, so that we can enjoy our families and someday be with them again. I have so many wonderful memories with my Grandpa, and I am so thankful his beautiful testimony of the gospel that I have grown from . We love him so much, and will miss him dearly.

I am so thankful for the plan of salvation! It makes things like this a little bit easier. You are such an amazing girl. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you. That picture of your grandparents is the cutest thing I have ever seen.
I am sorry to hear that your grandpa passed! It is never easy to see our loved ones move on to the next life. I agree with Laurel, that picture is really sweet! :) Love ya! Miss ya! Hang in there... CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU GUYS ;)
I'm sorry! I love that picture of your grandparents.
This life is so much easier knowing that families are forever and death is really just the beginning. Thank you for your positive example. This is such a sweet tribute to him and I am sure this picture really is worth a thousand words...You guys are in our prayers.
Oh Charlene, I'm so sorry. I am also grateful for the knowledge that we will see our loved ones again...but the separation is still hard.
I'm so sorry Charlene! I'm sure Heavenly Father needed your Grandpa on the other side. I'm sure he's been put to work.
I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandpa, if you need anything let us know! I lost my grandpa to cancer during the holidays too but its a real comfort to know that you'll be with him again and there is no more suffering for him. Hopefully we can catch up with you guys next week!
So Sorry to hear Charlene. Its such a special peaceful feeling to have to know that they are okay now, and there is one more angel in heaven to look over our little ones waiting to come be with us. I'm so grateful to have them in such good hands. My heart goes out to you, and your in our prayers. Its been a little over a year since cancer took my Grandpa too, and I still get emotional at least once a week about it. Hang in there through the holiday festivities, and know he'd be wanting you to celebrate his life!
I'm so sorry Charlene!! I will be thinking of you!!! I'm glad you get to go home and visit your family soon! Miss YOU!!!
