9 Months Old

Ian turned 9 months old on Friday. Wow 9 months has gone by so fast. Ian is at such a fun stage. It's fun to have him interact with us. He has started walking along the furniture lots more. I borrowed a walking toy from a friend, and he loves it. He gets so excited to walk around with it. I don't think that it will be long before we have a walker on our hands. He knows how to clap his hands, click his tongue, and roll his arms when we sing the wheels on the bus. He hasn't said any words yet, but sure loves to jabber. We have had to baby proof our apartment. Ian loves to read books, play with his bath toys, put his abc magnets on the fridge, make lots of messes, play peek a boo, play with our old broken computer, and he is such a happy boy. He has 6 teeth so far. He has two on the bottom and four on top. They are so stinkin cute. He loves to eat everything. Some of his favorites are puffs, yogurt bites, mandarin oranges, pancakes, cheerios, all his purred food, and baby yogurt. He also likes to drink juice and water form his sippy cup. I am in the process of weening him from nursing and putting him on formula, and he has done great so far. He is doing better as sleeping at night. We sure love our happy, smiling little boy. It is crazy in just three short months we will have a one year old.
