This week...

Matthew left Wednesday for Montreal, Canada to give a presentation at the AABP ( American Association of Bovine Practitioners) conference. Ian and I just have been hanging out since he has been gone. We have for sure eaten our share of junk food while he was been gone. It's so hard to cook a meal when Matthew is not around.
 Friday night my friends, Marie and Laurel came over and we enjoyed a movie night. It was so fun to have a girls night.
 Saturday, Ian and I did a little bit of shopping at the mall in Moscow. We found Ian's Halloween costume while we were at Old Navy. I had been wanting him to be a pirate, but found this super cute monster costume.
 Today was stake conference, and I had originally planned not to go on my own. Yesterday, I decided to brave it. We sat by the Oyler's and Hansen's, and Ian did great. I am so glad I went. Matthew should get home super late tonight, but we can't wait to see him. We have missed him so much! It just isn't as fun without him around.

Ian has been so good while Matthew has been gone. It probably helped that I prayed every day that he would be.

We played in the mud with some friends one day.
