Happy 4th of July!!!!

We have a wonderful 4th. Matthew mowed our yard in the morning, and then we packed up for a picnic. We met my parents and little sister Bethany at Bear Lodge on the Big Horns, and spent the day at Dead Swede camp area hanging out, and having picnic. It was so nice up there, and I am sure a lot cooler then at home. There was a big stream running by the area, and when we first got there Ian just about jumped in. He was walking around with my mom, then when he saw the water he took off running. My mom couldn't keep up with him, yelled for me and I was able to catch him right before he got to the creek. Silly boy loves water.
Mom mom made some yummy fried chicken and potato salad. We enjoyed that along with drinks, chips, watermelon and cookies. The kids were extra busy as always. They loved being in the mountains and exploring around.
Chloe loved picking flowers and giving them to my mom, and digging in the dirt. Ian loved eating chips, drinking carpi suns, and running down the trails.
On the way home Ian didn't make it far before he threw up every where. Poor guy. We had to strip him down to just his diaper for the ride home. He was as happy as could be though.
We got back to the house just with enough time to bathe the kids, make a fruit salad and jump in the truck again. We headed to Christian & Jill's house for a bbq and fireworks.
We ate yummy food, enjoyed great company, the kids loved playing on their playground and with their cousins. Chloe loves her cousin Travis so much. She thinks he is just so funny.
The fireworks were super fun. It was the best to just sit and watch the kids. They loved them. Chloe was a little jumpy at first but loved them by the end. Ian was extra excited with lots of screaming and smiles.
Happy birthday America. We feel very blessed to live in this country!
