Us Lately

We have had a busy week this week. Monday Ian had school and started a new listening program with them. He got to bring home a cd player that plays children's music. He listens to it 2 times a day for 30 minutes. He looks so dang cute in his headphones and he really enjoys it. Tuesday we went to Billings for therapy. Ian did awesome once again, and was worn out when we headed home. Matthew has been able to go with us once a month on Tuesdays, which makes it nice. Dani still has not had her baby yet. Hopefully this week. I have been doing ABA therapy with Ian at home. It's going pretty darn good for mom doing it I think. Wednesday, Matthew and I both had to do physicals for our life insurance. I had a little missionary opportunity with the nurse that came out and did my physical. She thought that it was funny that my dad is the bishop in a different town but I do not go to his church. I was able to explain to her that all the LDS church's teach that same doctrine they just have different bishops of different buildings. Thursday we finally had our appointment for Ian with the ENT. It went well. Ian still had fluid in his ears and they will put tubes in his ears on the 3rd of March. I am just over joyed that we are finally doing this. He wont have to have his ears bug him anymore. Plus hopefully we see some improvement in his speech as well. Chloe this week has started showing interest in using the potty. Just yesterday she wanted to sit on the little potty while watching cartoons. She didn't go and told me she was all done. Well I put her diaper back on and pants, and she continued to watch her cartoons. She came running in the kitchen where I was, no pants or diaper and said mom. I went running thinking she had gone on the floor. Nope she went poop in the toilet for the very first time all on her own. It was all her idea too. It's so fun. Matthew did his very first C-section on a cow this week too. It was his dad's cow, and it was super good practice.  This weekend also my sisters came into town. It was super fun to see, and do some crafting. We started maxi skirts yesterday. I didn't finish mine but I will soon. :) Matthew's brother's Jared and Michael and their families are here in town as well. It's been a fun weekend.
