For Easter weekend Matthew and I were able to go to Utah. Stan and Jan were so nice to keep the kids for us. At first we thought we would take them, but it was going to be such a quick trip. Also we stayed at a different place each night. So it was better for the kids to stay home and sleep in their own beds. Our first stop we stopped in Provo to see Grandma Asay. She lives in a super nice retirement center, and her place is so nice. They have so many activities and things for her to do there. Matthew and I hadn't seen her for almost 2 years, so it was a much needed visit. Next stop was Matthew's mission reunion. It was so fun for him to see some of his companions and friends from his mission. Also his mission president and wife were there as well. I loved hearing their stories and putting faces to names that Matthew has told me about. That night we drove to our friends the Hansen's from vet school and stayed the night in Heber City. We stayed up way to night talking. It was so fun to see them and their super cute boys. They are all getting so big. The next morning we got up and met our friends the Kings from vet school in Brigham City for breakfast. They were down in Logan for Easter and so it worked out great that we got to see them and catch up. After breakfast we headed down the freeway to Malad, ID were the Firth's live. We stayed the night at their place. It was so fun to see Phil's family ranch and spend time with them. We loved seeing all our friends from vet school, and wish that we didn't all live so far apart. We will most defiantly have to plan more get togethers' in the near future. We headed up to Rexburg Sunday morning to pick up some of Jared & Renee's things since they were moving, and they had breakfast for us. We drove home through the park and through snow/rain almost the whole way home. We were able to get most of general conference on the radio though, so that was awesome. We got home around 5 Sunday evening and it was so nice to see our kids again. We had a great Easter and sure enjoyed out little trip. I was sad that I was terrible as taking pictures though, and didn't get a single picture with our friends.

| Jared & Renee lived just a few blocks from the Rexburg temple. It was the first time Matthew and I had seen it in person. |

| The one and only animal in the Park on Sunday. I guess they were all keeping the Sabbath :) |
