Oh man I am ever ready for our baby boy to be born. Yesterday I had a full day of a stress test in the morning which I do once a week at the hospital, and a doctors appointment in the afternoon. Everything is great with the baby, but my blood pressure was high again. I am usually only there for twenty minutes for these test, but I ended up being there for three hours. Which I am so glad they are taking such good care of me. They ran a blood test, and kept checking my blood pressure. By the time I left the hospital it had gone down, but the blood test were high. The nurse I had was such a sweetheart and gave me a 5 dollar coupon to eat at the cafe in the hospital because she felt bad for keeping me there so long. I ate a yummy chicken and rice lunch, and went down to the doctors office. I have dilated to a 3 now. Yahoo for progress. The doctor is concerned about the high blood pressure, so we are doing more tests. I have to collect my urine for 24 hours to be tested for protein. I go back to the lab this afternoon, and they will do another blood test as well. If the tests are reading high again my doctor says I will be having this baby. The doctor also said that the baby had turned a little so he is sitting sideways now. She said no matter what we will get that baby out and healthy. I am so thankful for great doctors. I am also thankful for my wonderful husband. He has been so calm and positive through all of this. It makes it easier for me to be calm and positive. I was blessed to receive a priesthood blessing from him last night. How very blessed I feel to have a husband who is worthy to have the priesthood. I also want to thank my friend Cody for bringing us dinner last night. She couldn't of chosen a better day to do so. I know that our Heavenly Father is going to help us through all of this, and we will in the end have a beautiful baby. I can't wait to become a Mom. . Well we will know more what is going on by this afternoon. Maybe the next post will be pictures of our sweet baby boy!

Hey I had to do the same thing with Maddi. We did the whole stress test every other day, 3- 24hour urine tests, and all that fun stuff. Thankfully you are at 39 weeks and have what sound like great doctors. Hang in there. The last days of pregnancy really are the worst, but then you get this wonderful little baby and you forget all the other stuff. Good luck!
